addVInto(a: Vec2, b: Vec2, c: Vec2): Vec2
c = a + b

Adds the 2-element vector b to the 2-element vector a and stores the result in c
Parameters
- a: Vec2
  a 2-element vector object
- b: Vec2
  a 2-element vector object
- c: Vec2
  a 2-element vector in which to store the result
Returns Vec2
c as the result of a + b
